My journey with food began as a child, standing on a stool in my grandmother’s kitchen, learning the secrets of her cherished recipes. From those early days, I discovered a passion for creating delicious, comforting food—something that has stayed with me throughout my life.
Over the years, I’ve had the pleasure of working in restaurants, bakeries, and production kitchens, honing my skills and deepening my love for the craft. But no matter where I’ve cooked, my heart has always returned to the simple, homemade recipes that started it all.
